The nose evokes caramelized brown sugar as well as notes
roasted cocoa.
Very round in the mouth, the attack is delicate.
We find a subtle and elegant rancio, an evocation
of candied exotic fruits followed by light notes of
licorice.
The finish is long and brings these same notes of sugar
roux, cocoa and exotic fruits until the end
