About the fine wine.

Casa De Campo Chardonnay
This is a dry, restrained Casa De Campo Chardonnay white wine, with hay and fennel flavours rounded out by plums and pears and ending on a refined citrus note.

Casa de Campo Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere grape varieties have found a terroir well suited to their cultivation. With its deep colour with purplish reflections and its very pronounced taste of small black fruits

About the wine

Chevalier Alexis Lichine Merlot wine
Soil Clay-calcareous and pebbly.
Grape variety 100 % Merlot.
Vinification Once perfectly ripe, the grapes are picked, destemmed and crushed. Fermentation over 6 to 12 days at low temperature to preserve the rich aromas.
tasting notes Colour An extremely deep garnet red.
Bouquet An expressive aroma of red berry notes, like cherry and raspberry, and also blackcurrant.
Taste With good length on the palate, this wine reveals soft and silky tannins.
Serving suggestion This wine goes particularly well with roast poultry, salads and mature cheeses.
Serving temperature 15 to 17°C. Cellar potential 1 to 3 years


Alexis Lichine Sauvignon blanc
Grape variety 100 % Sauvignon blanc.
Vinification The grapes are picked when perfectly ripe, then pressed at room temperature.
Fermentation is also carried out at low temperature (17 - 19°C).
tasting notes
Colour A clear very pale yellow with subtle green tints. Bouquet A very expressive nose, with notes of orchard flowers, pineapple and even exotic fruits.
Taste A full, easy-to-drink wine, well-balanced with notes of lemon and grapefruit.
Serving suggestion This wine is the perfect partner for seafood, grilled fish, white meats and certain cheeses. Serving temperature 10 to 12°C. Cellar potential 1 to 2 years.
