Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel for about 10 days at 20-25°C.
Maturation: Aged in oak for 12 months.
Tasting notes: Deep red colour. Flavour of red-berry fruits with a leafy
hint. Medium concentrated palate and soft tannins with a lingering finish.
Food pairing: with grilled meat, cold cuts and cheeses.
