The Wine Advocate tasting notes
Canella Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Millesimato Extra Dry offers pretty floral intensity with layers of jasmine and honeysuckle. The wine is honest and frank, with soft foaming intensity on the finish. The bubbling is soft and thick. Some 40,000 bottles were made.
Prosecco Superiore DOCG extra-dry Canella is made from 100% Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of Valdobbiadene.
This sparkling wine, made with the Charmat method, is the result of choosing the best vintage games.
The Extra Dry type, with a residual sugar of 17 g / l, is the classic version of Prosecco Canella, excellent as an aperitif or with delicate fish dishes.
