Adega Cooperativa da Granja, with more than 60 years of history, benefits from the excellent conditions that the Alentejo offers for producing very high-quality wines, appreciated worldwide.
Alfrocheiro, Aragones, Castelao and Moreto, together or separately with a minimum of 80%, Carignan, Tinta Caiada and Trincadeira. The Moreto grape variety is the ex-libris of the Left Bank of the Guadiana, mainly when it is cultivated on open foot (without grafting), originating wines of great character and very fragrant. The Alfrocheiro variety is also incredibly appreciated, frequently found in old vineyards.
It is the brand for the excellent wines of Granja-Amareleja! Intended for high-quality, small-volume wines, carefully aged in oak barrels and which, for a strong reason, deserve to be bottled differently (old, monovarietal, commemorative vines, winemaker's choice, exceptional winemaking - these have been reasons for these wines). It is aimed at very demanding consumers looking for excellent quality, typicality, originality and uniqueness in wines
