The red wine
The wine is aged three months in French oak barrels and subsequently placed in stainless steel vats for 9 months. The Chateau Oliver has a ruby color. You will find the nose of red fruit, chocolate and toast. Like many serious, it has a beautiful aromatic palette. It has plenty of volume while having silky tannins. The white wine
The Sancerre Autentique that best represents the characteristics of the sauvignon grape, the soil more mineral, that best brings out the characteristics of the terroir, born on the Grand Cote from very old vines, over seventy years old, and is harvested very late.

The color is very pale straw with verdacei reflections, nose sour flavors of white fruit and delicate herbs, in a well-balanced mouth between acidity and flavor. Green notes give it a nice length.
