Vinification: Grapes, juice and wines protected with neutral gas. Cold stabilization of cooled juices. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation at 15°c. Matured on fine lees.

Soil: Clay/flint, clay/limestone

Country origin: FRANCE

Colour: Pale yellow with green highlights.

Nose: Expressive, notes of boxwood and exotic fruits.

Palate: Round, fresh and expressive palate.

Recommendations : As an aperitif, with grilled fish or fish in sauce and goat’s
cheese like Crottin de Chavignol.
