Our production area, made of rugged clay-limestone and schist slopes, allows low yields. Thus, our wines present a very typical qualitative and aromatic profile.
At the qualitative level, several criteria have been defined:
- The search for the best grape-terroir match,
- The selection of plots with low yields or old vines,
- Mastery of cultivation techniques as well as state-of-the-art equipment in winemaking, allow the quality level to be optimized.
