Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne Magnum 1500cl . The Chardonnay is the very soul of Ruinart. The grape, mainly harvested from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs, is at the heart of all our cuvées.
Very beautiful pale golden yellow color with light green reflections, brilliant and luminous dress. Active effervescence and persistent release.
A first nose of great intensity, on notes of fresh fruit, especially of ripe citrus fruits. A second very fine and floral nose with notes of white flowers and white fruits (white peach). A soft, harmonious mouth attack, lots of roundness.
A vinosity without excess, supported by a superb freshness. Notes of brugnon, citrus, and a nice minerality in the final. A long finish and very refreshing.
A perfect champagne for aperitif, especially summer or spring.
At table it combines very well with all the seafood and crustaceans, it is perfect on a tartare of bar or sea bream. A sole plancha can also accompany it without problem.
Blend 100% chardonnay of different years (20 to 25% of reserve wines from the previous 2 years).
