In the heart of the Languedoc wine region, the Cellar Lauran Cabaret is one of the main producers of the Minervois Appellation.
Our winemakers have pooled their resources to develop a cellar at the cutting edge of progress in terms of equipment: this technicality ensures constantly improving results. Selection at all levels is an essential element in the search for quality.
Our production area, made of rugged clay-limestone and shale hillsides, provides low yields. Thus, our wines have a very typical qualitative and aromatic profile.
In terms of quality, several criteria have been defined:

The red wine, Cellier Lauran Cabaret Merlot A full fruity red wine Bright ruby color. Nose with aromas of red fruits and sweet spices. Lively attack, fleshy and mouth. silky tannins.
The white wine, Cellier Lauran Cabaret Chasan Clear, pale gold in color. Very clean and fruity bouquet with a hint of almond, floral notes, and straw. Medium dry. Initially fresh but opens up in the mouth becoming longer and rounded.
