Soil: Tawny sandy soils.
Grape varieties: Ugni-Blanc & Baco
Distillation : An Armagnacaise still with a one way distillation
process with an alcohol percentage.
Ageing : Ageing in oak cask and date of bottling written on the back
Alcohol percentage: 40%
A rich amber colour with golden reflects.
The nose is elegant, showing a succession of prunes, apricots
and candied peel with aromas of dried figs and vanilla.
The attack in the mouth is honest and warming with a long
and melifluous finish of prunes and candied fruits.
