Soil: Tawny sandy soils.
Grape varieties: Ugni-Blanc
Distillation: An Armagnacaise still by a one way distillation
process with an alcohol percentage of 56 %.
Ageing: Ageing in oak cask.
Alcohol percentage: 40%
Tasting notes: Fire, Yellow gold amber colour and clear. Complex and strong nose, giving floral notes with a characteristic perfume of plums. Very good balance in the mouth, endowed with a suave vanilla taste and notes of crystallised fruit that is extremely rare in a VSOP.

Armagnac is a result of the traditional distillation of white wine made of grapes from Gers and a few villages in South West of France. The name dates back to the gallo-roman times of Arminius. The first known distillation was in 1411 and first commercial activity involving Armagnac was registered in 1414 in France
