Tasting notes, Robert Parker 90 points
The Reserva Unica spent 24 months in a combination of 60% French oak and 40% American oak. It was bottled without filtration and is an outstanding wine made from their vineyards that are over 30 years of age. Loads of unsmoked cigar tobacco, liquorice, vanilla, blackcurrants and black cherries jump from the glass and the flavours of this full-bodied wine that has light tannin in the finish. This wine is still youthful and likely to improve over the next few years and last for a decade or more. The final blend was 98% Tempranillo and 2% Graciano.
Sierra Cantabria Reserva is 100% Tempranillo, aged 14 months in French and American small oak. A rather classic wine, with notes of graphite, black currant and black cherry, roasted herbs, unsmoked cigar tobacco and toasty oak. Drink it over the next 5-6 years.

Sierra Cantabria , The creamy and lactic 2019 Crianza was produced with pure Tempranillo that achieved good ripeness (14%), keeping freshness, the character of the 2019, a drier vintage than average with some heat but not excess, and the ripeness was perfect and the grapes very healthy. This is generously oaked after 14 months in used French and American oak barrels with rackings every six months. Very approachable. 150,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2022.
