  • Q -  What wine gifts do you supply?
  • A - We supply many different wine gifts from one bottle to six bottle gift boxes. We also supply Cognac gifts, Whisky, Port gifts, Champagne gift sets and old vintage wine, vintage whisky, vintage Port and vintage brandy specially for milestone Birthdays.
  • Q - Do you sell fine wine?
  • A - Yes, we supply fine wine from many countries, French wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne and Cognac, New World wines, Italian wines, Spanish wines, Australian wines and many others.
  • Q- Can you add a card to the gift?
  • A - Yes, after you enter the basket there is a link which will enable you to choose from a selection of free cards. You can also choose from a range of DVD's, CD's and special Birthday cards at page
  • Q - How long does it take to deliver?
  • A - The delivery is next day provided we receive the orders by 10,00 AM.
  • Q - Can you choose a delivery date for your gift?
  • A - You can choose a delivery date after you have filled in your billing address and you can choose a day for delivery that is suitable for you if required.
  • Q - Can you deliver to a different address?
  • A - After you have filled in your billing address and have picked the delivery date you can check the box below that asks deliver to a different address
  • Q - Can you deliver to Europe?
  • A - No, we deliver by courier the all of our wine gifts the UK
  • Q - Can you choose red wine gifts or white wine gifts?
  • A - Yes, most of our gifts are set as red and white mixed but you can choose your own selection, for example, two white or two red.
  • Q - Can you choose different packaging ideas?
  • A - Yes, we have very attractive cardboard boxes, wooden boxes and bar set wooden boxes with accessories.
  • Q - I want to buy a special vintage for a special Birthday, how can I find it?
  • A - If you go to the top right of the page and put in where it states search phrase you can put the year in you are looking for.
  • Q - What happens if there is a problem with my order on delivery?
  • A - We use a courier who will put a card through the door advising of the delivery if no one is in.
  • Q - I have received my order copy but did not enter payment details or my payment has failed?
  • A - The payment is sent separately and securely through sagepay, if for any reason payment has not gone through you will receive an email which says payment failed but you will receive an order copy from Globecharge automatically. If payment has not been received we are unable to despatch your order, you can either contact us on 01613040506 or you can place a new order online.
  • Q - What cards do you accept?
  • A - We all accept major Credit and Debit Cards, American Express and Paypal. Unfortunately we do not accept payment upon delivery.
  • Q - Can I receive a discount on an order?
  • A - Yes, if you register with our website you will receive 3% discount with your order, however registering is not compulsory.
  • Q - If I duplicate an order or item accidentally, what can I do?
  • A - You can email us from your order copy and we will ensure you only receive one and confirm by email.
