Bordeaux Saint Emilion produces this wine using the traditional vinification method in stainless steel tanks. This process is very long and lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Once the wine has been made, the wine is aged and de-vatted every 3 months.
COLOR: An intense red dress with ruby deep.
NOSE: A very aromatic nose with subtle notes of almond and rose with a hint of red fruit.
MOUTH: Elegant and fruity finish with light spicy notes.
Food with Bordeaux Saint Emilion this wine goes perfectly with cooked dishes such as red meats, civets, game or sweetbread terrine with chanterelles. It can also be served with a good cheese platter or desserts such as wild strawberry pies.
