The 1989 kopke grapes are hand picked fresh and are fermented in a process that allows the wine to mature over a 7 year period, making it a Colhieta 1989 Port wine. The way the wine is made makes it more rich in its flavour and its aroma. This 1989 port wine is highly sought after due to it's unique flavour and drinking experience. The wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 12C, and drink perfectly with cream deserts and blue cheeses.
