Is an important entity of the Minervois. With 15% of the total production of the Appellation, we present a very diversified range of wines.
Young and fruity wines, wines aged in barrels, full-bodied wines or wines of guard, we wish to offer you an aromatic palette worthy to accompany all your instants of tasting.
Different methods of vinification (traditional vinification, carbonic maceration, cold vinification) are used. Then, the wines are raised in tanks, in lightning or in barrels before being bottled.
