The 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape Le Parvis comes from a mix of terroirs, was completely destemmed and brought up all in concrete tanks. It offers lots of smoky, peppery, meaty characteristics as well as ample darker fruits, medium to full-bodied richness, solid density and a great finish. It will drink nicely through 2025.

Vast majority of Grenache with a small
percentage of Syrah and Mourvèdre.

Quaternary terrace, with a top soil of
rounded pebbles from the Rhône river in a
red clay matrix.

The grapes are destemmed and the
vinification takes place in vats.
Extraction by punching down and pumping
Maceration lasts around 20 days at
temperatures between 25-30°C.

In big oak barrels and vats for 12 to 15

Colour: bright, deep garnet colour.
Nose: Complex and subtle, aromas of sour
cherries, plum, with hints of roasted coffee
and cinnamon.
Palate: fine and soft tannins. Fleshy and
long-lasting wine. Aromas of leather, spices,
and garrigue.
