Majority of Grenache with Syrah and

limestone, as well as clay and sand.
The grapes are destemmed and the
vinification takes place in vats.
Extraction by punching down and
Maceration lasts between 3 to 4 weeks
at temperatures between 25-30°C.
In oak barrels and vats for 12 to 15
Colour: bright, deep garnet colour.
Nose: Complex, aromas of very ripe
sour cherries, light spices and black
Palate: smooth tannins. Rich and longlasting
wine. Aromas of very ripe small
berries, spices, and garrigue.
