Maturing in 100% barrels, including 20% ​​new barrel for 10 months.

TASTING
The ruby ​​color is brilliant. The nose feels aromas of ripe raspberry and blackcurrant. In the mouth the wine is toned, marked by aromas of wet soil. The whole is accompanied by small tannins very fine supported by a good acidity that will require a good year to melt.

To drink within 2 to 3 years. Ideal serving temperature: 14 ° C
Young, this wine is recommended to accompany poultry, white meats (a rabbit with rosemary or a square of veal with small vegetables). Avoid over-rich or spicy cuisines.
