TERROIR: The Domaine les Clots de Pals spreads on 15 hectares, in the heart of
the Minervois appellation where we can see the Black Mountain and
the Alaric Mount, in the south of France.
The soil: is composed of alluvial terraces, pebbles but also chalky chips.
The vines enjoy an ideal south exposure, on hillsides.
Yields are purposely kept low to obtain a concentrated and full-bodied
GRAPE VARIETY: Marsanne, Bourboulenc
TASTING: This Minervois wine has an expressive, complex and delicate nose
with aromas of white fruits, spring flowers and toasted bread.
In the mouth, it is refreshing and fleshy on the palate with a
delightfully long balsamic finish.
FOOD PAIRING: They will perfectly match with fish and goat cheese
