Making: Sustainable agriculture: careful soil ploughing, Guillot double pruning method. Complete destemming. Pressing with a pneumatic press. Cold debourbage for 24 hours. Vinification in stainless steel vats. Maceration for about 20 days at 25°C. 6 months in stainless steel vats, on lees.
Taste: Pale yellow, the wine has a fresh start, with white flower aromas and white fleshed fruit aromas. Round on the palate,
