Chateau Lafite Rothschild 2002. A glorious wine for the vintage, with a dense opaque colour, sweet, succulent plum fruit aromas, and a fine balance of finesse and power on the palate. Superbly structured with harmonious spiced black fruit flavours which remain wonderfully fresh through to the long finish.
