FERMENTATION:
8 days at 26 º - 28 º C
Maceration:
With skins for 14 days.
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION:
30% new French oak barrels.
AGING UNDER:
12 months, 30% new French oak barrels and 70% in cask of wine.
