The creation of this non-vintage rose has been long in the making and a dream of the House for over six years.
It is well known that Madame Lily Bollinger expressed reservations about fashionable styles of Rosé Champagne during her reign, but as testament to her interest in the wine, Bollinger introduced La Grande Année Rosé at the end of the 1970s in which she took great pride.
This non-vintage interpretation is true to its distinctive house style and heritage, which gives reason to believe it would have been granted her approval.
In the words of Ghislain de Montgolfier, "This wine is Très Bollinger."
