Elaborated with tempranillo of more than 50 years. Sierra Cantabria Private Collection 2005 Vendimiado by hand with slight sobrematuration - to start off of the 25 of October and under a rigorous selection in vineyard and warehouse. The grape comes from 4 hectares of own vineyards with yields of 25 hl/ha, the property “the Lands” and “Jararte”, in San Vicente of the Sonsierra.
Color hoists very intense, menisco garnet alive. Aroma of correct intensity, with an initial superiority of the wood, but with an important fruit bottom. In mouth he is rich, flavorful, with good intensity, fruit tree, clean and with very good persistence. !
