Caol Ila 12 year old Malt Whisky
Caol Ila is a single Islay malt whisky. On the nose it is oily and peaty. On the palate the taste buds are enveloped by a wave of sweet peat with a hint of green grass and vanilla. On the finish it has hints of pepper starting to come through to compliment the toffee.
