Soave Classico 2006/07 Italian white wine. A fresh and lightly fruity white wine with delicate floral aromas (think acacia flowers and elder blossoms)and a crisp, dry palate showing almond and honey flavours on the finish.

Deep ruby red in colour. On the nose it displays aromas of almond and cinnamon. Dry on the palate with a very pleasant velvety taste. Very rich in flavours of cherry, musk, spices and wood.

Amarone Classico del Fondatore Italian red wine. Dense plum/black colour and complex nose showing notes of black cherry, plum fruit and violets. The palate is smooth and round with a rich raisiny character, supple tannins and a long, and complex, finish. Threatens to be sweet but in fact finishes quite dry.

Amarone Classico 'Brevettata' Italian red wine. A moderately deep, glossy red wine with hints of coffee and chocolate on the nose and plenty of forward sweet blackberry and plum fruit on the palate. Supple tannins and a nice rich texture.

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Capitel della Crosara Italian red wine. Deep red/black colour and rich earthy nose showing hints of violets, blackberries and mint. The palate is full-bodied and smooth with hints of raisin and a long, complex finish underpinned by notes of tangy cherry and liquorice.
